• 09:45 Mmmmmm . . . had an orgasmic, full, thick, deep night of sleep and again the amazement of enjoying getting up. #

• 14:57 Just popped 2 Vitamin D sofgels. Bit down & let their lemon-scented cod-liver goodness burst in my mouth then chewed the beef gelatin hides. #
